In June 2025, members from the Infiltrate the System (ITS) Network came together for the inaugural ITS Network Gathering. We gathered 16 participants from 12 out of 17 member organizations for 4 days of facilitated and participant-led programming. 

Laid out in the report is a summary of the scheduled sessions and emergent discussions, during which we identified: 

• The collective challenges we face as youth organizers in the climate justice movement, and the supports we need from each other, mentors, funders, and other supporters.
• Ways to effectively collaborate to advance transformative policy solutions across our different scopes and approaches of organizing. 
• Core decisions made in designing the Gathering to cultivate key spaces and opportunities for connection and relationship-building amongst participants.
